As an advisory professional, you'll develop the skills to deliver clear, confident and empathetic customer interactions that build trust and increase customer retention. You'll learn how to explain products with clarity and apply FCA standards consistently, helping to reduce compliance risk while ensuring every customer receives fair and appropriate guidance.
Through practical, real-world learning, you'll improve first-time accuracy, resolve complaints more effectively and handle complex or high-pressure situations with confidence. You'll learn how to identify and support vulnerable customers and contribute to improved operational performance across your organisation.
