Become the go-to person for AI and digital confidence in your organisation. Building strong foundations in generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, prompt engineering and responsible AI practices, this programme ensures you can use modern digital tools effectively and with impact.

Learn how AI enhances productivity, decision-making and collaboration, and how to support colleagues in adopting new technology safely and responsibly. With hands-on experience and interactive learning, you’ll be equipped to champion digital change and drive meaningful improvements across teams.

Who is the programme for?

If your role involves helping others use technology, improving digital ways of working or supporting team productivity, this programme is made for you.

It’s ideal for learners who:

  • Use digital systems and productivity tools in their role

  • Support colleagues with technology adoption and ways of working

  • Want to build confidence using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot

  • Act as a point of contact or “champion” for AI and digital change

You must be employed in a relevant role with access to real AI and automation use cases where you can design, test, deploy and evidence impact.

Where will the programme take you?

This apprentice opens the door to a wide range of digital and AI-enabled roles.

You’ll be ready to progress into positions involving:

  • AI adoption

  • Digital productivity and collaboration tooling

  • Business systems and automation support

You’ll also have a foundation for progressing onto high-level digital or AI-focused apprenticeships.
