The Level 3 Management, Data and AI Foundations Apprenticeship develops data-confident leaders who can translate operational information into clear, actionable decisions.
Designed for managers working with data, the programme builds the confidence to use it more effectively – supporting stronger decision making, improved performance and more impactful leadership in modern, data-driven workplaces. You'll gain practical skills to analyse and interpret raw business data, identify trends, improve reporting and communicate insights clearly.
You’ll also learn how to use tools such as Excel, Power BI and AI to streamline processes, improve accuracy and support more informed decisions in your role, while developing problem-solving and leadership skills to influence outcomes and boost team performance.
On completion, you'll achieve a Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Award in Managing AI Adoption, CMI Foundation Chartered Manager status and an accredited Leader as Coach qualification – so you're equipped for the next step in your management career.
