Our Level 5 L&D Consultant Business Partner Apprenticeship ensures you develop the capability to diagnose organisational learning needs, design evidence-based solutions, and evaluate impact at a strategic level. 

You’ll learn organisational development, learning analytics, stakeholder engagement, and consultancy skills, preparing you to become a trusted advisor who drives performance and change. 

Once you complete your apprenticeship, you’ll have the option to strengthen your professional credibility with the CIPD Associate Diploma in Learning and Development, an industry-recognised standard that shows employers you have what it takes to manage a strategic L&D function. 

Who is the programme for?

Designed for those who take ownership of learning strategies within their organisation. If you’re leading change, managing stakeholders or designing development frameworks, this programme will give you the tools to ensure L&D drives performance improvements across individuals, teams, and the wider organisation. 

This programme is ideal for roles including: 

  • L&D Business Partner 

  • L&D Manager 

  • Organisational Development Business Partner

Upon completion of the apprenticeship, you’ll gain the confidence and capability to lead strategic learning initiatives and influence organisational success, accelerating your career progression.  

Your options are to explore more specialist areas or take on a broader role in L&D.  

Who's eligible?

Eligibility can vary depending on the requirements of the individual employer, but typically includes:  

  • Five GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 (A* to C), including English and maths 

To apply for this programme you must be employed in a relevant role.
