The AI Business Fundamentals for Leaders unit is a practical course for leaders who don’t need to build AI, but do need to make good decisions about it. It focuses on one critical challenge – understanding where AI will genuinely create value, and avoiding costly mistakes where it won’t.
Assess AI ideas with clear business judgement and decide where AI should (and shouldn’t) be used in your organisation. Communicate with stakeholders and challenge proposals from suppliers and internal teams with confidence and avoid wasting budget on low-value initiatives while driving meaningful business impact.
You’ll go beyond the theory and leave with practical outputs you can use immediately, including an AI Alignment Map to identify where it fits your organisation, AI Leadership Position Statement and a structured approach to assessing AI opportunities.
