Lead AI with confidence – without needing technical expertise

The AI Business Fundamentals for Leaders unit is designed for leaders who don’t need to build AI systems, but do need to make informed, strategic decisions about them. 

This practical programme focuses on one critical leadership challenge – understanding where AI can deliver meaningful organisational value and where it may introduce unnecessary risk, cost or complexity.

Through expert-led sessions, peer learning and hands-on examples, you’ll learn how to:

  • Assess AI opportunities with clear business judgement

  • Challenge supplier and internal processes confidently

  • Evaluate risk, readiness and organisational fit

  • Communicate AI direction effectively with key stakeholders

  • Support responsible, practical AI adoption across your organisation

The programme combines strategic insight with practical application, leaving you with immediately usable outputs including an AI Alignment Map, AI Leadership Position Statement and a structured approach to evaluating AI opportunities and governance.
