  • Practical training in examination-in-chief, cross examination and re-examination  

  • Review of trial structure  

  • Preparation and delivery of opening and closing speeches

Solicitors and Financial Services  

Covers the financial service transactions your trainees may encounter

  • Types of investments under Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA)
