Please read these Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing the Membership (as defined below) and ordering a relevant PD Course and print off a copy for your records. BPP will not file or otherwise keep a copy of the agreement concluded between you and BPP and a copy of the concluded agreement will not be available from BPP at a future time and date.
By redeeming the Offer and purchasing the Membership (as defined below), you are confirming your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions.
If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
In these Terms and Conditions, “BPP” means BPP Professional Education Limited of BPP House, Aldine Place, 142 -144 Uxbridge Road, London W12 8AA.
Conditions of offer
The Offer is only available in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and to customers (“Customers”) who purchase the ‘CPD Navigator Membership’ (“Membership”). The cost of the Membership is £999 plus VAT (“Membership Fee”).
The Offer entitles Customers to attend up to 24 hours (which equates to 4 full days (or 8 half days)) of PD Courses for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase of the Membership (the “Membership Period”). The Offer also entitles Customers to unlimited access to BPP’s online course catalogue of over 100 pre-recorded PD Courses during the Membership Period.
The PD Courses may be taken as Online Classroom Live courses or, where offered by BPP (and subject always to Government Covid-19 guidance), at the BPP venues set out on the BPP website at www.bpp.com in relation to the relevant PD Course, or at such other external venues as notified by BPP from time to time (“Selected Centres”).
The Offer is only available for public PD Courses and excludes any courses with an assessment element and PSC Core and Elective programmes, Higher Rights programmes, Insolvency programmes, ICAS programmes, i3bar programmes, and any course which lasts longer than 2.5 days.
The Offer does not include any other discount or financial benefit to Customers and does not apply to amounts payable to the professional body for student/delegate registration, exemptions and examination entries.
This Offer is only available to orders that are placed in accordance with paragraph 12 below.
The PD Courses are only available online or, subject to paragraph 3, at the Selected Centres and the Offer is made subject to availability and to the PD Courses running on the scheduled dates.
If BPP refuse the redemption of the Offer when submitted as part of an order, for any reason, BPP will inform you before the order is dispatched to advise of the correct cost of the order and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
Redeeming the Offer assumes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions. Customers may be required to provide written acknowledgement of acceptance of these Terms and Conditions before redeeming the Offer.
Redeeming the Offer
The Offer commences on 1 January 2024 at 00.00am GMT.
Subject to paragraph 30 of these Terms and Conditions, the Offer expires on 31 December 2024 at 11.59pm GMT. All PD Courses must be taken before the expiry of the Membership Period.
To redeem the Offer, Customers must:
call 03300 603 100 to purchase the Membership and pay the Membership Fee in full;
call 03300 603 100 or contact https://www.bpp.com/contact-bpp/request-information to book a PD Course under the Offer and notify the BPP Customer Service Team at the time of booking that they have the ‘CPD Navigator Membership’.
BPP will debit the Membership Fee from your credit card or debit card on or after the day you make an order for the Membership. Credit or debit card details are collected over a secure link and an authorised amount verification is taken immediately. At the time of collection of these details you will be asked if you would like to register these card details with us to facilitate future orders. If you have agreed to your card details being stored, they will be stored securely by BPP and/or our third party payment service providers and, unless you tell us otherwise, we will use these card details for payments in connection with this and any future order you may place with BPP. Your order for a Membership will be confirmed only upon receipt of the Membership Fee in cleared funds by BPP and will be subject to BPP accepting your offer to purchase the Membership by sending you a separate order acceptance confirmation email.
Subject to availability, Customers may redeem the Offer in relation to the PD Courses at any date during the Membership Period online or, subject to paragraph 3, at any of the Selected Centres on the condition that their offer to order the PD Course has been accepted by BPP and confirmed in writing. All PD Courses must be booked and taken prior to expiry of the Membership Period.
The Offer can only be redeemed against a new qualifying booking onto the PD Course from a Customer who has not already booked a place on the applicable PD Course.
Customers cannot use this Offer in conjunction with any other discounts or offers by BPP for the PD Courses.
The Offer is non-transferable by the Customer (either to another Customer or to another course run by BPP) and no cash alternative will be offered. PD Courses redeemed under the Offer may only be booked and attended by the Customer who purchased the Membership.
Customers may only purchase one Membership per Customer in each 12-month period.
Cancellation of Membership
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 ("Consumer Contracts Regulations") you may cancel your purchase of the Membership within a period of 14 calendar days ("Cancellation Period") from the date on which the contract is concluded subject to paragraphs 28 and 24.
You must inform BPP of your decision to cancel by using one of the following methods within the Cancellation Period:
Contacting https://www.bpp.com/contact-bpp/request-information;
Calling student advice on 03300603100; or
Sending BPP a completed cancellation form, a template of which is attached to these Terms and Conditions.
On cancellation in accordance with paragraph 19 you will be entitled to a full refund of the Membership Fee.

Your right to cancel and obtain any refund will be lost if you have given BPP express consent to supply any services during the Cancellation Period and the service has been fully performed. If express consent has been given but the service is only part performed, you will be liable to pay for the services actually received.
If the contract is for the supply of digital content including but not limited to online PD Courses, your right to cancel and obtain any refund will be lost if you have given BPP express consent to supply the digital content to you during the Cancellation Period or if you access the digital content before the expiry of the Cancellation Period.

Amendments / Cancellation of PD Courses
BPP’s standard cancellation terms will apply to the PD Courses as set out in the General Terms and Conditions. No refunds or credit notes will be given in respect of any cancelled PD Courses booked under this Offer.
You may defer the start date of a PD Course at any time up to the working day prior to the relevant PD Course start date, subject to availability on your chosen deferred PD Course and upon payment by you of: (i) a £25 charge for a half-day PD Course; (ii) a £50 charge for a full-day PD Course; or (iii) a £100 charge for a multi-day PD Course to cover administration costs plus VAT where applicable. You may only defer a PD Course start date once.
You may only defer a PD Course start date to a date within the Membership Period, and the deferred PD Course must be completed within the Membership Period.
If a PD Course is cancelled by BPP for any reason, BPP will offer affected Customers the chance to attend the relevant PD Course on an alternative date within the Membership Period (subject to availability). If BPP is not offering the cancelled PD Course at another date within the Membership Period, then BPP will offer affected Customers the chance to attend an alternative PD Course (of the equivalent number of hours as the cancelled PD Course) on an alternative date within the Membership Period (subject to availability). No refunds will be given in respect of any cancelled PD Courses booked under this Offer.
BPP reserves the right to withdraw this Offer at any time without notice.
