This session forms part of a five‑module Employment Law Essentials Programme designed for non‑lawyers who work with people every day. You can attend this session as a standalone module or combine it with the others for a complete grounding in employment law. The full programme also includes: Contracts of employment, Recruitment and Redundancy, Employment Rights, and Disciplinaries and Grievances.
