This practical three‑hour session introduces the fundamentals of employment contracts, working arrangements and legal responsibilities, using clear examples and interactive exercises to build confidence and practical capability.

This session forms part of a five‑module Employment Law Essentials Programme designed for non‑lawyers who work with people every day. You can attend this session as a standalone module or combine it with the others for a complete grounding in employment law. The full programme also includes: Equality Act basics, Recruitment and Redundancy, Employment Rights, and Disciplinaries and Grievances.
