Estio provides flexible, tailored training that puts apprentices and employers at the centre. Their high-quality apprenticeship programmes are built around the real-world use of modern technology so that the skills created can be directly applied to the digital needs of today’s businesses.

BPP believes that this partnership will provide valuable growth opportunities for both entities and will create both revenue and operational synergies to support the delivery of management’s growth strategy.

BPP’s support and commitment will allow Estio to further invest in improving quality, customer experience and satisfaction, bring in cutting edge data science and digital capabilities and continue on its growth trajectory, expanding its offering to serve the growing demands of learners and companies for specialist skills and training.

Following this transaction, Estio will continue to run as a standalone company under the existing management team and remain headquartered in Leeds.  BPP will work with Estio to share best practice and extend the opportunities available to Estio as a member of the BPP Education Group.
