During the second stage of your programme, you will have the opportunity to specialise your degree through a series of elective modules. With input from your employer, you can choose to study six of nine elective modules covering a range of subjects from change and sustainability to finance for entrepreneurs.

Integrating with your work

A third of your programme focuses on your professional practice modules and, specifically, how you apply knowledge, skills and behaviours in your working life. These modules are based around projects carried out in your workplace for your employer. During the first two Professional Practice modules you will build an ePortfolio linked to your apprenticeship. Your final Professional Practice module will provide the opportunity to consider a work-related issue in depth. This could be helping your employer with a business problem it is facing or a new venture it wishes to pursue.
