After your ATT
On completing your ATT qualification you may wish to progress with your studies to the Chartered Institute of Taxation qualification to become a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA). The ATT and Chartered Institute of Taxation have good links with one another, which allows you to easily transfer your membership.

The CTA is the qualification awarded by the Chartered Institute of Taxation which is the leading UK professional body concerned with direct and indirect taxation. The CTA qualification is viewed as the essential qualification in tax.
