Create the best CIMA schedule for you.

Whether you are part way through your level or are about to progress onto the next level of your CIMA qualification we want to ensure you are in the best position going into the exams. To help you clarify your next steps use our guide to plan what to do next.

We recommend you follow these steps:

  • Plan a levels worth of study at a time and book your programmes as early as possible to secure your place
  • Choose your Case Study sitting first and check when the programme starts
  • Choose the study mode that meets your needs - you can study for all your exams via your preferred study mode or mix and match for different exams
  • Select Objective Tests programmes to start when you're ready, and finish close to the Case Study programme starting - an advantage of the Objective Test exam format and the exams being on demand is that you can progress at the pace that suits you, as you can study for one or more Objective Test exams at a time
  • You can study the Objective Test papers within a level in any order, there is not a recommended route
  • Aim to sit your CBA exam within 2 weeks of your Objective Test programme finishing for each paper

How many papers do you have remaining?

The number of papers you have left, will help determine when you should sit your Case Study.

Use the drop down advice below as guideline only. Depending on your individual circumstances you may be able to aim for an alternate Case Study sitting. For specific advice, please contact our Student Management Centre on 0333 130 5296.
