International Extended Masters 

Our Extended Master's programme combines our International Pre-Master's Diploma in Business Management with your chosen Master's programme. During the first year of the programme you will study the International Pre-Master's Diploma in Business Management. Designed specifically for international students, it will help you to improve both your academic language and study skills, as well as relevant core subjects to fully prepare you to study at Master's level with BPP University.

 

The Extended Masters degree is awarded by BPP University.

Your International Extended Master's

The International Extended Master's combines our International Pre-Master's Diploma in Business Management with your chosen Master's programme. During the first year you will study the International Pre-Master's Diploma in Business Management at our study centre in London's Sheperds Bush. During this year you will cover a range of essential subjects such as English for Academic Purposes and Study and Employability Skills in order to prepare you for your chosen Master's programme. 

During the second year you will  study at our study centre in London City. Our International Pre-Masters Diploma in Business Management can be studied with the below Master's programmes.:

How the programme is taught

To enhance your learning experience, classes are taught in small seminars by tutors and lecturers from both professional and academic backgrounds. In your first year you will have a minimum of 16 hours face-to-face tutor contact each week, with regular feedback throughout the programme.

Self-study is also vital to your learning. For this you'll be supported by extensive online materials which you can access through our virtual learning environment – anytime anywhere.

Extra learning support

Progress reviews are part of the tutorials and tutors are always there to help with your academic progress. If International student advisors are also available to help you with a wide range of queries adapt your learning style to the requirements of a UK masters degree.

Pre-Sessional English course available

If you require an uplift in your IELT's score before commencing the International Extended Master's programme, we recommend that you study our International Extended Master's with Pre-Sessional English. This will increase the length of your course by 10 weeks, and will improve your academic English before you begin your programme.

Entry requirements

English language

  • 5.5 overall (with 5.5 in writing) or equivalent

Educational background

  • You must be 18 years or over at the start of the programme
  • A recognised higher/advanced diploma in a related subject area (NARIC recognised) NQF/QCF Level 5 (Work experience in a related area can increase this range for diploma holders); or
  • A recognised degree in a related field (e.g. Business Studies) (NARIC recognised) NQF/QCF Level 5; or
  • A degree in any subject (e.g. BA International Relations)
