How the Programme is Taught

Available at anytime, wherever you are in the world, our proven structured learning system from the world’s leading provider of professional education is designed to provide you with all you need to study, including global opportunities to network with other participants.

The programme encourages virtual interaction between E-tutors and peers mixing sector and cultural groups. We like to refer to this enhanced distance learning opportunity as a network of collaborative learning

The programme includes:

  • A handbook designed to give you all the information you need to achieve success
  • A comprehensive Study Text for each module guiding you session-by-session through each module and preparing you for your assignment
  • A personal E-Tutor to guide, encourage and develop your thinking and provide guidance for your assignment
  • Access to our interactive and easy to use virtual learning environment that will provide you with a week-by-week plan of study for each module, access to articles, case studies, additional learning activities and a global discussion forum connecting you with other programme participants.  You can access a demonstration of our Virtual Learning Environment (using username and password 'demo') by visiting the log-in page.
  • Access to the BPP University College digital library, providing access to an extensive range of online databases, world leading journals and E-books

The programme has no examinations. Instead, you are assessed by applying marketing and business theory to real-world tasks such as; writing a report, preparing a presentation, producing a briefing paper for the Board, or creating a business plan.

Developed with the support and endorsement of senior marketing and business professionals, the assignments are designed to build your confidence in applying marketing and management principles to the workplace and to improve your capabilities as a marketing professional.

We call this practice-based learning. It’s more time-efficient, more relevant and it leads to improved performance.
