How much will the programme cost?

The programme is ethically priced and designed to be competitive, reflecting purchasing power in local markets. This makes our MSc affordable worldwide. Email globalmarketer@bpp.com to confirm the price for your country of residence.

What sort of qualification will I be awarded?

On completion of the entire programme, you will receive a BPP University College MSc in Global Marketing. BPP University College has its own degree-awarding powers, the same as any other British university, and our degrees have gone through the same rigorous QAA testing processes and are recognised all over the world.

What if my circumstances change and I don’t complete the full qualification – will I achieve anything?

Yes. We have specifically designed exit awards (BPP University College Postgraduate Certificate and Postgraduate Diploma) so that should you be unable to complete for whatever reason you may still exit with a qualification, provided you have achieved sufficient credits.

How will I study?

All study is done through supported distance learning with study materials, an active Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), eTutors, discussion with leading marketing experts and interaction with fellow students. All materials are received online and you also receive a printed Study Text as part of the package. You can study anywhere in the world, as long as you have access to the internet (even if only via an Internet Café).

How will I be assessed?

Each module is assessed through assignments. These are submitted through the VLE. They will be based on your own organisation and can be used as internal consultancy projects.

What sort of work will I be doing each week?

There are 7 weekly tasks to be completed and submitted via the VLE. All activities are designed to improve your learning experience and monitor your progress. They are:

1. Study text chapter reading

2. Extended learning task – similar to a tutorial prep task

3. Assignment prep task to keep you on track for final submission

4. Learning check – quizzes and self assessment

5. Cohort discussion – with marketing experts as guest lecturers

6. Study Buddy discussion – similar to pair work

7. Reading and links – eBook chapters and academic papers via Online academic library


How will the course help me develop real world marketing skills?

You will develop skills including virtual team working skills, practical application of theory, activities and tasks encouraging research, audit skills and plenty of global examples from a wide range of industries.

What level can I start studying at?

Entry points will differ for each individual according to their education and work experience. When completing your application form, it is important that you highlight any relevant marketing experience you have to help us determine at which point you may start the programme.

I have studied marketing before, can I claim exemptions from any modules?

If you were awarded a relevant marketing qualification in the last 5 years you may be able to submit a claim Application for Prior Learning (APL). Exemptions will be made at the discretion of the University.
