CIPD Leadership and Management

One of the four fields that you must complete to obtain CIPD Graduate membership, Leadership and Management, is the first step that the majority of our students will take in developing their career in HR.

The programme provides a firm grounding in general management theory, principles and concepts, deepening a student’s understanding of the world of business.

Once a student has completed Leadership and Management they will gain Licentiate membership of the CIPD.
