Lana Doyle, (Customer Service Manager)

Welcome to the Learning Media Customer Services Team!  An exciting time for us, we’ve been set up to look after LM customers wishing to purchase products from us including bookshops, colleges, export clients and individual students.  To  promote expertise and relationship-building, each team member has a specialist field.  This is an exciting time for us as we are in the process of dedicating four team members to Learning Media customers.  These will be:

Exports Co-ordinator - Alex will continue to look after our overseas customers, processing orders, resolving queries and raising credit notes for returns.

UK Accounts Co-ordinator - Mike will be processing orders and resolving queries for all UK account customers, including colleges, bookshops and financial institutions.

Returns Co-ordinator - Kimberley will reprise her role in processing returns and credit notes for all customers except Exports.  As an academic publisher, we must offer a publisher’s terms and conditions for returns, such as materials sold on a sale or return basis.

Query Response Co-ordinator - Ayub will be handling queries into the Learning Media e-mail box, and those received by fax and post.

We also look after individual student orders as well as orders  for International and Offshore regions.  These will be dealt with by Alal, Anthony and Dave. 

Lana is the team manager and has overall responsibility for all of these areas, as well as making products available for ordering on x3 and online, resolving complaints, and producing internal telephone order pads, amongst other things.

We are delighted with the recent changes in Customer Services which demonstrate a commitment to improve the service that we are able to give our customers and we are looking forward to achieving this.  We aim to ensure that BPP Learning Media is not only distinguished by market-leading products, but also by the customer service we provide.
