Sian Adler,
Client Service Manager
Sian helped to set up BPP’s former language training subsidiary
in Prague in 1994. She has since worked as a director of studies,
language school director and a teacher trainer in Europe, South
Africa and New Zealand. Sian is responsible for ensuring clients
receive exceptional service from the Client Service Department
through every stage of their cooperation with BPP.

Katerina Kotousova
(Katka), Business Development Manager
Katka joined BPP in October 2008. She is MBA - qualified
with a specialisation in Marketing and Finance. Katka is
responsible specifically for new training programme designs based
on identified clients training needs and BPP know-how. Katka is in
charge of building and maintaining relationships with clients and
partners. She also ensures that all BPP communication channels work
in favour of clients’ needs, helping them keep their professional
skills and knowledge up to date.

Danijela Mitric,
Client Service Executive
Danijela joined BPP in September 2007. She previously worked as
a manager in the retail industry and brings with her a wealth of
experience in client care. Danijela looks after all the needs of
students and visitors to our offices.

Ronny Nilsson,
Training Consultant
Ronny Nilsson has been a Training Consultant at BPP Prague since
February 2010. He works mainly with BPP’s sales and marketing. He’s
also studying Business Administration at the University of
Economics, Prague. He has previously worked at BPP as a Client
Service Executive. Ronny was born in Sweden and speaks fluent
Czech, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, English and Slovak and basic
German.

Nadine Aston, Client
Services Ececutive
Nadine Aston joined BPP in February 2011. She has a Master's
degree in Marketing, and has a lot of experience working in
publishing, book distribution, teaching, and in educational
business development. Nadine is responsible for making sure that
students and tutors get their learning materials and books on
time.

Jana Kuttichova,
Client Service Executive
Jana joined BPP in March 2010. She graduated from the Czech
University of Life Sciences in Prague and specialised in Economics
and Management. During her studies she worked in client services
for two years. At BPP she is responsible for course administration
and helps with many other client service tasks. In her spare time
Jana likes to take part in various outdoor activities such as
skiing, cycling and hiking in the mountains.
