CIMA P5 - Integrated Management
Paper P5 Integrated Management is a compulsory paper at the Management level and is the second of three papers progressing up the Business management pillar. It builds on material found in paper P4 Organisational Management and Information Systems but introduces new subjects essential for passing the strategic papers. There is a significant syllabus area covering strategic management and thus P5 has links with paper P6 Management Accounting Business Strategy. The syllabus considers external factors that affect the organisation such as stakeholders. Internal factors are also considered, especially in relation to the effective management of relationships and the management of projects.
