Companies Act 2006

CIMA are planning to test the new Companies Act 2006 in 2008 via a new CBA. However CIMA have stated that they will continue to offer the existing CBA until the end of 2008 for students who have studied under the previous Companies Act. BPP will be running courses under the 2006 Act once the new CBA has been released by CIMA. If you have any concerns when booking your C05 course with BPP please contact your local centre for advice.
