After successfully passing the TOPCIMA exam, you will need your three years practical experience approved by CIMA before you can call yourself a Chartered Management Accountant, or use the letters ACMA after your name. CIMA require you to demonstrate and record your personal development, specifically around personal, interpersonal and organisation skills.
