Direct marketing

BPP (or the relevant entity which forms part of BPP) may contact you for the purposes of direct marketing. This means that BPP may use your personal data that it has collected in accordance with this Privacy Policy to contact you about events that you have registered for, Products that you have purchased (or that have been purchased for you), reminders regarding your course, to tell you about BPP's Products available from time to time, Products supplied by any member of BPP’s Parent Group Companies and/or those of carefully selected third parties. The direct marketing communications may be provided to you by Social Media Channels, email, post or such other means as BPP chooses.

Whenever we collect your personal data on our Websites, we will state whether we will use your personal data for direct marketing purposes. You will be provided with the opportunity to opt out of providing your consent to receiving these direct marketing communications both at the time that you provide your personal data and thereafter at any time by clicking on the relevant link or by contacting us at

We may use your personal data to provide you, or permit selected third parties to provide you with information about goods and services which we feel may interest you. If you are an existing customer, we will only contact you by electronic means (email or SMS) with information about goods or services similar to those which were the subject of a previous sale or discussions of a sale to you. If you are a new customer and where we permit carefully selected third parties to use your data, we (or they) will contact you by electronic means only if you have consented to this. 

If you tell us that you do not want to receive any further direct marketing from us, we will not contact you further for the purpose of direct marketing. However, BPP will not necessarily remove your personal data from its database(s) if it considers it is fair and necessary to retain the personal data for another purpose.
