New ACCA syllabus, another success for BPP students
With the first sitting of the ACCA new syllabus in December 2007, tuition providers were under even more pressure to perform and maintain high pass rates.
Despite the syllabus change, BPP has once again lived up to its reputation for high pass rates by exceeding the ACCA global average for each paper. At the last sitting of the old syllabus in June 2007 BPP's weighted average pass rates was 69% and at the first sitting of the new syllabus in December 2007, the weighted average pass rates has risen to a staggering 73% - 26.5% above the ACCA global average.

Considering that this was a new syllabus with no precedent, this is an outstanding result. Since the announcement of the new syllabus in 2006, BPP's ACCA educational team has worked closely with the ACCA to develop a study programme to ensure students are thoroughly prepared.
BPP's pledge to continue to lead more students to exam success is an ongoing process and the detail of the results is being analysed and necessary improvements will be fed into future course materials, teaching programmes and tutor training.
