Course Summary
This course builds your knowledge of the wider business environment and helps you understand the basic principles of effective management. Our courses are designed to focus on the most important aspects of the syllabus including:
- Business organisation, structure, governance and management
- Key environmental influences and constraints on business and accounting
- History and role of accounting in business
- Specific functions of accounting and internal financial control
- Leading and managing individuals and teams.
Course Options
- Day Release Ideal for students who are able to take a day off a week to study.
- Block Release Ideal for students who prefer to take study leave in discrete blocks. Each paper is taught over 3–5 days in two phases.
- Evening Course If you're unable to attend weekday courses and wish to keep weekends free then the evening course may be the option for you.
- Saturday Course If you are in full-time employment or have other commitments that make weekday courses difficult, you can opt for a Saturday course
