New Year boost for BPP as accountancy students exceed national average pass rates
BPP, a leading provider of professional education, announced today that its accountancy students have exceeded the national average on all ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales) Knowledge papers for those who have passed first time.
The success follows the publication of the 2009 results, which reveal that BPP students were not only 4% ahead of the average across the UK, but that they also reached BPP’s highest pass rate since the introduction of the new syllabus in 2007.
The students who have completed the Knowledge Level stage will now progress to the Application Level, which includes both taught and revision Techniques.
Phil Morey, Director at BPP said:
“We congratulate our students on this fantastic result, and are pleased that they have benefited from the enhancements that we introduced around teaching methods and duration of study. I would also like to thank all our teaching and support staff for making this possible.”
