Career history
Keri qualified in 1999 and practised as a corporate associate in a U.S. law firm in the City of London before joining BPP in 2004. In her role as a corporate lawyer she advised on numerous corporate deals with particular interest in private equity backed transactions and advising entrepreneurs. Keri teaches corporate transactions.
Education
Four year LLB (Hons) exempting degree, University of Northumbria Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 1999.
