Roland Kaye

Dean, BPP Business School

Roland took up his post as Dean and Chief Executive Officer of BPP Business School in September 2011, after sitting on BPP’s Academic Council for a number of years. He is responsible for Business degrees and CPD programmes across the Business School’s network of regional UK centres.

Prior to joining BPP, Roland’s most recent post was Emeritus Professor at the University of East Anglia. Before that, he held a number of board level positions which include:

• Governor of Ashridge Management College
• Dean of the Open University Business School
• Governor of the Open University (US)
• Director and Treasurer Association of Business Schools
• Director of OU Worldwide
• Chairman of the Board of Accreditation for Accountancy Education Courses
• President of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)

He has worked in a range of industry sectors including engineering and pharmaceutical. He also has extensive experience of consulting within large private and public sector organisations including the former Legal & General and British Rail.
