The materials below are what you will receive on the AAT Bookkeeping Certificate (ABC) course.
Course notes
These are printed notes followed in the classroom, which are specifically written for the modules covered. Students will work through the questions to build on their understanding of the subject.
ABC Workbook
The workbook is designed to reinforce the learning provided in the CD-ROM packages, by giving a series of questions based on information contained in the package. The level to which that learning has been effective is further tested by additional questions and a number of other general questions.
The chapters in the workbook follow the same sequence as the modules in the CD-ROMs. There are integrated questions, with answers, at the end of each unit of the workbook. Overall this is very comprehensive, providing valuable revision exercises and questions to work through.
Interactive learning CD-ROM
The ABC interactive learning materials are delivered via CD-ROM. With these materials you have complete control over the speed at which they are presented. In addition you have complete flexibility on how long is spent on each session. The use of examples, questions, stimulating graphics and animation throughout the materials will keep your attention.
Practice assessment CD-ROM
Designed to test your knowledge and understanding, this product makes an ideal revision tool and will greatly benefit you in preparing for the final online assessment.
The CD-ROM consists of over 180 interactive questions. It allows you to practice under timed conditions and has two modes of testing:
Test as you learn – this will allow you to choose a topic that you want specific testing on e.g. VAT.
Assessment practice – this option presents you with questions set randomly across the entire ABC package.
