Delivery terms
What are your delivery terms?
Delivery of material within the UK takes approximately 5-7 working days from receipt of order (to the UK). Deliveries to Europe take approximately 6-8 working days, and orders for the rest of the world should allow 10-12 working days. Items are sent by Parcelforce, which requires a signature upon receipt. Please provide an address where you know there will be someone to receive the delivery, otherwise the package will be returned to the nearest Post Office or Parcelforce depot for collection.
